Variable cam timing overretarded bank #1
i had a p1383 code come up on my car. it says it is the: variable cam timing overretarded (bank #1). i replaced the coinl pack and the wiresand plugs are about 4 months old. my car still runs sluggish and the check engine light ison again. I'm looking for suggestions on what to check next or replace.

cam gear must be set up perfectly if any timing belt work was done it was possibly not loaded up correctly.
