1997 Yukon A/C
When ridding along sometimes the A/C will just stop, turn off and back on and you can hear the compresor kick in but no air any ideas??? Heard it was a blower problem

Your evaporator may be icing up. Sometimes, when the pressure cycling switch goes bad, the compressor never cycles and the evaporator ices up.
Can you hear the blower motor? Pull over (safely) when the problem occurs and pop the hood. If there is a bunch of ice on the accumulator, your pressure cycling switch is bad or you have too much r134a in the system. //2000CAYukon |
