Post Help finding Spyder specific parts!

Can ANYONE help a poor guy out who is BEGGING for somewhere I can find a convertible pump assembly for my '95 VR4 Spyder? The passenger pump is shot and the top won't work fully without it, and I need one badly so I can get it back out of the shop and finished.

I've contacted MitsuPartsDirect.com (Mike) and also sent in an email to ASC, hoping for some bites, but I wanted to post in case someone knows of any other sources. A call into Mitsubishi support from the body shop hasn't returned any answers in 2 weeks. My car has been in limbo since 2/7/05 when it was hit and I *really* want it back since the weather is so great now.

BEGGING for help, and eternally grateful for receiving it!

Re: Help finding Spyder specific parts!

You could try 3si.org's parts for sale section, and post a request for a part. It is a longshot, but with so few made, that is probably the best place to search. Perhaps someone has a wrecked spyder being parted out...

-15Gs, 3sx aluminum pulley, FMIC, SAFC, walboro pump, EVO 560ccs, and Meth Injection Kit all waiting to go in shortly.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.
