Re: need help with HONDATA

Well im not experience with Hondata really,
but im pretty sure all u have to do is get the Hondata system... Install it... Get a Computer...
Install the software... and figure out how to use the software. But dont quote me on that cause I'm not positive thats all.

Also you can find more information here.

Re: need help with HONDATA

you don't need hondata for those mods...Raise compression and get some sick cams, then hondata will be a great idea. or better yet boost then hondata is great

Re: need help with HONDATA

Probably the IM and throttle body that is doing it. Those are overkill for your setup, and probably causing you to loose power. Maybe try adding more fuel

Re: need help with HONDATA

my thoughts are.

if your not boosting, using nitrous, or raising compression, then money spent on hondata can go better elsewhere.

Re: need help with HONDATA

an afc will not help you. you need to either a. put stock im/tb on or B. get cams and valve train with an agressive grind, then tune it with a vafc you will then be very happy. your n/a engine will only use the air your cams will allow in anything else is wasted.
