which car for me?

conditions

1.fastest possible
2. cheap (below 7k)
3. no v8s
4. gas milage doesnt matter
5. plentyfull

no this is a car for my friend for his first car, and his got really hard parents and they seem to think anything with mroe than 6 cylenders is too excesivly, and i know, i know, that totally wrong but we've tried everything to convince them agenst it, but nutin with 8 cylenders
