Need advice on mods for my SS

I just bought my first car a 2000 Camaro SS SLP. I was wondering what mods are best for a SS. I was thinking of programming it and putting an exhaust sysem on but other than that I dont have a clue. I cant let my car get beat.

Let's race.

What do you want your car to kickass at? Street? Drag?

Re: Need advice on mods for my SS

Don't get exhaust because according to you, you already have the SLP package, which IS an aftermarket exhaust.
If you haven't already done so, you should get a less restrictive lid for the air filter. Next, you can either get a chip. But if you're looking for some cheap speed then go with a 100 shot of nitrous. I personally don't like the bottle, but everyone I know who uses it on their LS1 has had no problems.
