93 Mercury wont start or crank

Okay so heres the deal I need some1 to answer me on this quick. My dad has a 1993 mercury grand marque and it has been idling a bit rough and comp check engine light came on briefly. Yesterday I was driving it and came to a turn and in the middle of the turn the blower kicked off and the anti-lock light came on. I figured I had just blown a fuse so I continued on my way. When I got to my destination the car stalled and I couldnt get it started back up. I just does nothing wont crank etc. I tested all the fuses and they seem fine. The neutral safety switch isnt working correctly the cruise isnt working apparently ( my dad said that ) and from what I can tell some fuses arent getting the power they should be with the key on. Headlights brake lights etc dont work hazards dont work radio does work wipers and windows and locks all work. I had a mechanic tell me that the only thing these have in common is the pcm computer so I bought one for $45 and that isnt it. Also in order to get it home I jumped it at the started and it started so please help me with this I need it running tommorow

are your termanals clean on your battery and the connections to the starter? and does hiting the starter with a hammer while some ones turns the key to crank it make it start?

Okay so after hours and hours of troubleshooting we figured out that somewhere there was a "non-functioning" fusible link. We didnt want to take it all apart so we just ran a new line from the fuse box and spliced it. Not the best way but it runs just fine now. We spent $45 on a comp we didnt need but other than that we wasted only time. We worked all day with the dash and ignition etc apart. I got onto alldata.com and got diagrams of the ignition switch even and checked the continuity to make sure it was good and it was. I've never run into this problem before and it was crazy so good luck and maybe this thread will save someone else time later. Thx.

Unfortunately I'm comming in here a bit late but all of the fuse links are close to the battery and attach to the solenoid on the fenderwell, I have always found that the easiest way to test for a bad fuselink is just to tug on it litely if the insulation stretches then it is blown, when I have encountered blown fuselink it seems like they always burn a hole in the insulation on the bottem side where you cannot see it.
