Power Windows For 04 Neon

My Power Windows Seemed To Have Stopped Working. I Have Checked The Fuses/ Relays. All Seem To Be Working Properly. Any Ideas On What Could Be Wrong

Also The A/c Completely Stopped Working. It Will Not Blow Any Air, Hot Or Could. I Was Thinking It Was The Blower Motor. I Am Going On A Trip The End Of This Week. Please Help

Well I Got The 36,000 Mile Warrenty. Im Around 39,000, So I Think I Am Screwed. Is There A Way To Test The Actual Blower Motor Inself?
