Question Simple tire change on 2002 suburban

Hi everyone,
I just bought a 2002 Chevy Suburban and am having trouble with tire change. I have changed many a tire in my life time and this vehicle wheel stumps me. It did not come with an owners manual so I am in the dark a little. Does the center hub come off to get to the lugnuts or do the plastic lugnut covers come off to reveal the lugnuts? I really do not want to do anything until I find out so I will not damage anything on the wheel. Most vehicles have a slot in back of the center hub to take it off to get to the lugnuts but this hub does not have one.

Thanks, dwkidd70
