Question please, need help determining engine components.

okay so i decided to purchase the intake but as i said it didn't come with any instuctions, so i was hoping someone could just help clearing up some things for me.

So if you could give any input or guide on how to remove and install it (how to mount the intake?) that would be great. right now it seems pretty basic to me as in just unscrew the nuts and bolts and screws and replace it with the new intake. but just want to make sure since this will be my first mod to the engine.

Thanks again.

dude...buy a manual and look up the parts on there...those 2 wires on the intake are sensors...and the spark plugs..im not sure on the Z24 but there should be 4 wires coming out of the block equally spaced out and those wires should all lead to the distributer cap...the ends of the wires coming from the block are where the plugs are.

haha...no problem at all..also that circle with the three bolts on it is the shock mount..also the place to put an upper strut tower brace which will sharpen your turning and stiffen the front end.

hey sorry if this is getting agitating but please bare with me
anyway.

just curious what a pcv valve/sensor is? and if this is the sensor that plugs into the small hose furthest from the air filter?

also, do i just plug the sensors (pcv and ait) into the rubber hose just as is?

i posted another pic to help explain what i'm asking

that rubber hose should connect to your valve cover.

hey man, the hose on the left hooks up to a fitting on the timing chain cover. it's an oil return hose. and the sensor on the right is an air temp sensor. have fun with your 4-6 horses. oh, by the way, put hose clamps around the ends of that hose.
