overhead lights won't go out.. all sudden
Ok.. this is really weird. Last night the wife came in and said my interior light were on in my 94 Blazer... I go out and they sure enough are on (under rear-view mirror, overhead console, in back of truck over tailgate). Now I have not driven the truck in like 48hrs so I figure the battery probably won't start the car... well it does.. cool.. Ok, so now I figured I hit the interior light dimmer all the way to the right.. check.. nope. Moved all the way to the left so all interior lights on dash go out. Ok.. what else.. maybe someone turned on all the interior lights manually... nope.. all in off position. Ok.. maybe one of the doors ajar.. nope. All doors sealed shut (double and triple checked by slamming all and tailgate and rear glass).
The only way I can get them off is to disconnect the battery... I can't do this everytime I get in and out of car of course. What could it be? Bad door close sensor (little buttons)? Or bad interior light switch stuck in on position? Suggestions? I am baffled.. Thanks, Hawk |

replace the drivers side door switch since it has more wear than passenger side see if that helps
