Unhappy radiator fan relay of 1991 plymouth grand voyager

Anyone pleaswe help me locate the radiator raly fan of my 1991 plymouth grand voyager. I've looking for it in the last 3 days. Thanks :rolleyes:

On your 1991 PLYMOUTH TRUCK GRAND VOYAGER 2WD, the RELAY is:

UNDER HOOD, PASSENGER SIDE, UPPER ENGINE AREA, ABOVE SHOCK TOWER, MOUNTED IN RELAY BLOCK ON FENDERWELL

Thank you but I still can't find it. What I saw there were two relays but they're not the same as what Dodge sold me (it didn't fit). Is it next to the tire jack that screwed on that fender wall? This is the image of what I have that Dodge told me. I hot wired the radiator cooling fan and it worked, the engine cooled off while I'm not running so it must be the relay.
