Question running to rich

Having trouble with the car not running now. IIt seems to be running to rich( oil and gas out the tail pipe). The computer not giving codes or anything?

One of the O2 sensors may be going bad causing it to send false signals to the computer which in turn sends too much fuel into the engine. I would also change the plugs and wires if you haven't done so, this will allow for optimum combustion. If the car isn't running then post additional information and someone will help you out.

Welcome to the site. Also make sure if you have a MAP sensor that it is good, too. The gp I have did that one morning, wouldn't start and blew out black smoke and gas out the tailpipe

I agree with GTP, do the simple stuff first. Try new plugs and wires as your old plugs may have been fouled by your previous problem. IF that doesn't help, then go for the oxygen sensor, as they can be pricey and will normally trip a code.
