Ecu Help

K guys i just have a quick question or two. I have a PM7 DOHC ZC motor and i need to know if i have the right ECU i'm pretty sure that i don't but i think that the one that i have will work. Anyway i need to know if anyone has a list of ECU's and which motor they go to i know that i've found it before but i cant seem to find it now. Also i need to know how to tell if it's a manual or auto from looking at the sticker.

Thanks

Re: Ecu Help

in order of preference/compatibility:

1. JDM PM7
2. USDM PG7 (88-89 integra)
3. USDM PM6 (88-91 civic/CRX Si)

K well what i actually have is a PR4 which looks like it's out of a 90-91 integra so i'm woundering if it's still a DOHC non-vtec will it still run?

Re: Ecu Help

that was actually my #4 choice.. yes a pr4 will run a dohc zc, but not very well.

Re: Ecu Help

I am using a Chipped PR4 on my DOHC ZC right now. It runs much better than a PM7 or PM6. The PM6 however gets better gas mileage if that's a concern.
