Making of Chevrolet Corvette (2005:C6)

Hi,
Started Revell C6 Vette from this weekend.
Revell's mold is very rough especially around panel lines.
so sanded body hard and carefully. also sharpen the edge line of tail.
This pic has taken after applied yellow primer.

Painted body Finisher's Light Camel.
opened front vent section.

The yellow looks great. What are your plans with this build?

Yellow looks nice but it hides all the cool lines of the C6 which metallics and pearls can show off.

Kunta, how many models do you build in a year?
Looking forward to seeing this one, too!

Well, not exactly happy but how could I be upset? The thing is gorgeous! Besides, I have something else going that'll knock your socks off

Nice paint, looks better than mine so far! I too opened up the grill.

Yeah, this model is pretty popular...almost as much as those Ferraris popping up every other thread.

Re: Making of Chevrolet Corvette (2005:C6)

good to see the popularity of some american sports cars though.....if only the thread posts would multiply as fast as those in the europeans

Hey, I've added 200 posts to my count this summer commenting on American cars (and some imports/exotics) Now go look at my C6
