I performed the boost leak test and found the leak around the intercooler outlet tube. Turns out there was so much corrosion between the tube and the rubber hose it caused 4 tiny holes on the outlet tube and lots of pitting on both pieces. The hose clamp won't cover the holes because they are too far down the tube. Would it be better to patch the holes with a weld or just replace everything? Has anyone ever seen this before?
