9c1 fuse panel
looking for a diagram or pic of the 9c1 fuse panel, want to fix the horn and the digital dash, none of the gauges work and neither does the horn

Try the cigar/clock fuse
 That fixed the horn/radio/clock on my civilian caprice.

I understand, about the fuse, but i dont have a book or diagram to tell me wich one it is, or if its missing. all the fuses appear to be good. but I dont know wich one is the horn
|

Is the panel the same as on a civilian caprice? I can scan a diagram for you if it would help...

Sorry about the wait. Our ISP (Adelphia Cable) has been having issues... Anyway, I got what you need.
  You want fuse 16 - it's 20 amps.
