Wipers Won't Work at All
My windshield wipers don't work. My signals work and my headlights. We've replaced the wiper motor. And have read that the BCM could be the problem. We removed the cables from the battery for 10 minutes and this did not reset the BCM. If the BCM doesn't work - will it show no power getting to the relay box? The relay switch works; but the meter did not detect any voltage to that particular plug in.
