Re: question regarding titles? on car sales..

more than likely you'll have to send the title in to be changed....but like LadyNRedSi said, every state is different. I know you have to have the title changed from the previous owner to you before you can sell it...

you already signed it..you prob gotta change it to your name wait for the title then sell it...if he signed it and you dident then you could jus sell it to him...but like she said all states are diffrent

i had a guy put on a cat convertor to pass emmissions.. so hopefully that'll do..

but uhm here's the deal...what if I JUS use WHITE out to WHITE out my name and sig from the title thne the guy i sell it to can jus go to the DMV and title it for him self....

is that plausible ????

let me know what yall think..

Hahahaha, Very Funny...

White Out On A Title???!!!!! Are You Actually Serious!!!?? Come On Now!!! Any Kind Of Tampering Makes A Legal Document Like That Void.
If You Lived In Louisiana You Wouldnt Be Able To Afford The Delinquent Penalty Fees (they Live For Them) That Have To Be Paid.
