Odd Lighting Problem.....

97 Camaro. Left, front daytime running light does not work (bulb is good). Left blinker stays on. Left brake light dim (during daytime).

This is the best part. At night, when the lights turn on automatically, all lights appear to work. left blinker stays the same. I have three brake lights (left, right, spoiler). Only the spoiler brake light works. This is only at night though. All fuses are good and all bulbs are replaced. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.

Ok.

Does the blinker always stay on?

Or only act like it's 'stuck' (stays on) when the turn signal switch is flipped?

If it only does it when the signal switch is on it sounds like a failed flasher.
If it stays on constantly it could be a bad signal switch; but i'm not sure about that.

Check the ground on the daylight running light. It may be very corroded or broke loose (If there is a wire for ground). If ground is there; check for power on the + wire with a dc voltmeter and touch the - probe of the voltmeter to the radiator support. If the meter reads 12V; there is probably something wrong with the socket. If it reads nothing; it could possibly be a broken wire somewhere. (Peform this operation during the day when the light should be on. (Ignition on) )

Hope this helps!
Others may chime in to help.

I'm not sure about the night issue..
