99 Yukon

I bought turck used. Battery went dead. Changed battery and now raido is LOCKED out. What gives? I never set a lock. How do i un lock this radio? Thanks

If you know the previous owner, it would helpful to ask them the code.

That did not work. The radio after a long hold (maybe 2 minutes) on buttons 2 and 3 did nothing. The radio still says LOC. The red flashing light is still flashing. The hour and minute button say INOP. I do not know the previous owner . Someone please hlep. The dealer want $35 to un lock it. That is a GM rip off.
