++Walbro 255LPH HP fuel pump++

I installed this Walbro 255lph high pressure pump on my supercharged d16z6 civic. With stock pump my pressure was @40psi exactly at idle. now, with this Walbro pump it's reading @70psi at idle. Is this good or bad. I'm not sure if I need to buy an adjustable fuel Reg, or just leave it alone. I read some where that it'll push 255 at 40psi but decrease at higher pressure. I'm not sure if that's what I should have it at.
