Got a new all alluminum High Performance KOYO Rad. today.
I cant wait to put it in, but what do u guys think about KOYO? Also do u think it would be ok to install the new rad. and fill with water and run the car with the drain port open to fushout the cooling system?

Aluminum rad is a waste if you dont need it.
instead of running the engine, just put a garden hose in upper/lower hoses. Flush both ends til it's clean. Your best off flushing with the correct mix of coolant, here we use 50/50mix. |

Well i put it in and it works, no leaks or overheating. Why not improve if u have to replace, i drive 37miles one way to get to work everyday, and the way the heat has been here it would help to keep the engine cooler especially when i have to deal with 1.5 hours of stop and go traffic. Plus the slight reduction of wieght, but why would that be better then a 15 y/o twice as heavy rad made out of plastic.
