case learn

if i got a new pcm, and had a case learn performed on it, and then modified my exhaust a week later, would i have to have the case learn performed again, or is it just a one time thing?

and

i know that the dhp pcm are programmed to work best with exhaust, air induction, smaller pulley. I have modified my air induction system, gotten a smaller pulley, and a 180 drilled tstat, but as it says above, i will not be modifying my exhaust for a week or so, in the mean time, will not having this mod actualy damage my car, or will i just not get the full result from the pcm until i have all of the modds?

case learn deals only with the crankshaft position. installing a new exhaust system would not need any work done to the pcm. a case learn only deals with the crankshaft position.. your car will not be damaged, the exhaust will have no effect on the pcm, so you don't have to do anything else

When I installed my DHP v1.0 PCM, I did a case learn and it is recommended by Digital Horspower and companies like Intense for optimal performance. Its a one time thing and does not need to be done again if you do other mods such as exhaust. This is true especially if you do not get your original PCM back and its exchanged.

DHP FAQS:

Thrasher CAI, DHP v1.0 PCM,
3.25 SC pulley, CAIT GMAF, Hi-Flow CAT,
u-bend delete, 160 TS, ZZP Stage 1 TB,
TB spacer, MSD 8.5mm wires, Autolite 104s,
Goodyear Gatorback Serp. & SC Belt,
Nitto NT555R Drag Radials
