Eurolights, xenon or bullshit?

Hi guys, I need opinions and views on buying EuroLights or not.

This is the deal 2x H4 55/100 (yes, I`m gonna buy me some uppgraded harness)
and 4x H1.
Total price 125 us dollars, -10 dollars off(if you buy 2 pairs or more. + shipping. (hoping to get shipping for free!)

Here are the prices:

TypeH4 -Xenon-Charged Blue/White:$45.00 per pair (55/60watt, actual brightness equal to 75/80+)
TypeH4 -Xenon-Charged Blue/White:$55.00 per pair (55/100watt, actual brightness equal to 75/120+)
TypeH4 -Xenon-Charged Blue/White:$59.00 per pair (80/100watt, actual brightness equal to 100/120+)
TypeH4 -Blue/Gold SuperBright Ion : $29.00per pair (80/100)
TypeH4 -Yellow SuperBright Ion : $29.00per pair (80/100)

TypeH1-Xenon-Charged Blue/White:$35.00 per pair
TypeH1-Blue/Gold SuperBright Ion : $26.00per pair
TypeH1-Yellow SuperBright Ion : $26.00

But one thing I think is od, is that they deliver Xenon bulbs, this is ones Im gonna order, but does these bulbs realy contain Xenon?

These bulbs definitly do NOT contain any Xenon at all. Original Xenon bulbs made by Phillips or Osram cost at least 100 - 120 $ per piece. But you can only use them together with the right ballasts.

Hella Germany was the company which invented the Xenon lights.

We here in Germany convert more or less all cars with H1 and H7 headlights to Xenon.

We use ORIGINAL parts (Hella ballasts and Phillips or Osram bulbs) which are also used by BMW and Mercedes Benz and other autopmobile producer.

We've seen that the conversion kit prices range from 800 - 3000 $.

Here in Germany the street price is around 500 Euros = 455 US$.

They probably do contain some xenon. The expensive stuff is this guy is talking about is high intensity discharge lamps, where it creates a electical arc inside a xenon gas filled chamber instead of having the traditional fillament. They do make regular bulbs like the ones you are asking about, where instead of filling the bulb with a halogen gas, they add xenon to make the light more white in an effort to look more like the expensive HID systems. I don't know about eurolamps quality or brightness. Personally I would stick with a better name like hella, piaa, etc.
