WTB 1999-2003 E46 Coupe with body damage and manual transmission

Hello out there. I am dying to buy a 1999-2003 BMW 3 serires E46 coupe with a manual transmission setup. I dont care about body damage either. The body damage isnt a problem because I am installing a wide body kit anyways so the body condition isnt that important. All that i really need is a good frame/suspension with good windows, good doors, and a decent interior, running engine, and good transmission Let me know what you guys have. A good chance to get rid of your wrecked E46!
