4l60e no 1 and 2

I just rebuilt a 4l60e. It goes now but it starts in 3rd if you put it in D. You can manually shift it thru 1 and 2 but that is it. Rev works fine. I think it might be somewhere in the valvbody but any help would be appreciated.

check the electrical connector( the big round one) and the trans fuse, it could be that it just isn't getting 12V
