Exclamation got some major probs with my 96 metro

well i have service engine light on at 92,147 miles, had that diagnosed and it is an 02 sensor, EGR valve, and Crankshaft position sensor, also the car burns oil like a biatch, have to replace plugs every 1500 miles or so, i have started using castrol gtx drive hard 10w40 and it has dramatically decreased in smoking.??? i have a friend that will rebuild the engine for me, gaskets, rings, bearing etc.. for like 50 bucks, after i buy the rebuild kit. got the car, painted the outside, got it with the purple and pink little spike? the car is black so i painted them silver and green. Dosent look to bad considering i m an newb!!
