1995 E-150 Regency Conv. Estimated Value

I have a 1995 E-150 that has 211,000 miles on it. I installed an engine at 168,000 miles. In the last 6 months the transmission has been replaced, front and rear end have been rebuilt, and brakes including rotors have been replaced. It is a Regency conversion van fully loaded with TV and VCR in the top part. It gets 15 to 18 MPG. I was wandering how to figure the value of it. The blue book only lists cargo vans. Does anyone know how to calculate this?

The conversion does not really add much more value than if you just add in all of the features to the cargo van (quad seating , running boards etc) on the KBB website calculator. I recently traded my 97 e150 conversion with 170,000 and got $4800 for it. Seemed fair, and even if I did get nipped a little on value, I made it up in saved gas mileage on the replacement.
