Exclamation Electrical WIERD Starting/Running/AC Shuts my car off Problem

Ok so here's the situation and it's really stressing me out My 1998 Saturn SL1 (manual trans) started having problems at first while driving. For whatever reason, and at any speed my Speedometer and RPM gages would simply drop too zero but car would still be running.
THEN, the car starting shutting off at random and having no power whatsoever, like if the battery had been completely disconnected, no lights, and my stereo would need reset. Also, push starting the car (as it is a munual) did not work at all, the car still did not recieve power, then if I'd move the car ever so slightly by pushing it back and forward, power would randomly come back on and the car would fire right up. I know it's not the battery or the atlernator as I had them checked, also not a ground wire because I checked it my self. Anyone have any Ideas? Please say yes
Thanks
Oh P.S. If you turn the AC on the car will shut off completely and not start and have no power. usually, sometimes it just makes the car kick a bit

check your fusible link......tug on it while the engine running and see if you get the same problem... could be broken under the insulation.
