Gtech numbers on my 1987 L98 5.7 IROC...

Considering exhaust leaks (that I haven't had a chance to weld up yet) and not running an 02 sensor yet either, and having a 180lb. passenger, and also wheel spin out of the hole (she is a spin bucket) these were my times...

first run:
1/4 mile: 13.85 @103mph
1/8 mile: 8.99 @80mph
HP: 274 @ 4,800rpm
TQ: 306 lb ft

second run:
1/4 mile: 13.63 @106mph
1/8 mile: 8.90 @83mph

GTech's are accurate to .10 i believe, or something like that, still a good running car though. Just get one of those fake O2's that you hook up and dont have to put in the exhaust since i'm guessing you probably have headers.

Car and driver did a article on the preformance meters a couple issues back, and they were pretty darn close, once you got the weight dialed in i think they were just about right on the money.....
