How bad is the pulsating?
I have this same exact problem in my 94, I also have all new Pads and rotor (all the way around). My pulsating isn't all that bad a real light pulsate for a second around the same speed.

Try cleaning your ABS Wheel Speed Sensors and Ring Tone Gears.
I thougth my problem was caused by a bad CV boot that got grease on it, it was a real bad pulsate and after cleaning the front abs sensors and ring tone gear it went away, but there is still the sligth pulsate, I am gonna clean them all again and all the ring tone gears 2morow to see if that gets rid of it. I also noticed a slight defect in one of the front ring tone gears but I am hoping cleaning them will take car of the problem.

The Sensor is on the back side of the hub. If you look at the backside of the hub ou will see the electrical wire going to the sensor, the sensor is held in place with an 8mm bolt, just unbolt it and remove it and wipe it off, you might was to use some brake parts cleaner or penetrating oil (PB Blaster, WD-40) to clean. Also clean the RING TONE GEAR, it isx located on the halfshaft (you will notice this, it is near the ABS Sensor).
