Talking my stupid question
how can i get my 91 lt1 to pop a wheely when i punch her off the line

Do you mean that you dropped an LT1 into your 91? The LT1 did not come in the Caprice stock until 1994.

1st, you need 3.85 + gearing with limited slip, then you need really wide slicks on the rear wheels, and an extra 200+ horsepower, with a tranny to take it.
