Gman either the passenger side switch is bad or the hot wire going to the switch is bad. (the hot is spliced off the same hot that goes to the drivers side). Check to see if you have 12 volts going to the passenger switch and go from there. If you have 12 volts probably the switch. If you don't then you have a bad wire.

Sorry, the splice is probably located at the power window connector in the drivers door.

Let's try this again. I'm recently having some passenger windows problems so I've been looking into this more thoroughly.
Power for the passenger window comes from battery, through breaker and at this point there is a splice. power wire is white with pink strip. From the splice 1 white/pink goes to drivers switch the other goes to passenger switch. Therefore you should always have power at the passenger switch white/pink wire assuming you're using a good ground reference. If you don't, and the drivers side works fine, you'll probably find a bad splice, poor connection or broken wire(white/pink).
One note worth mentioning is the ground for the passenger switch travels back to the drivers master switch. Depending on window direction the ground wire will either be orange/tan or orange/grey.
If you are using the drivers switch to control the passenger window, The power and ground is through the orange/tan and orange/grey wires. One will be hot and the other will be ground. They reverse depending on window direction.
I'll try to put a troubleshooting matrix together tomorrow. If anyone needs a copy, you'll have to email me with a return addresss and I'll email it to you ASAP.
Hope this helps.
P.S. I'm looking at the wiring for a 2001 GC. I don't know which years are compatible.

MSU=Drivers side switch up for passenger window(Master switch up)
MSD=Drivers side switch down for passenger window(Master switch down)
PSU=Passenger side switch up for passenger window
PSD=Passenger side switch down for passenger window

W/P= White wire with pink stripe
Or/Tn= Orange wire with tan strip
Or/Gy=Orange wire with gray stripe
YES=Works NO=Does not work

MSU MSD PSU PSD

1 NO NO NO NO
2 YES YES NO NO
3 YES NO YES NO
4 NO YES NO YES
5 YES YES YES NO
6 YES YES NO YES
7 NO YES YES YES
8 YES NO YES YES
9 NO NO YES YES
1)=No power to W/P wire. Check Acc. Relay, Fuse and Window circuit breaker. If power is present check window motor and mechanical binds.
2)=No power to W/P wire after splice to pass. Window. Check splice at drivers door and connector at passenger door.
3)=Either Or/Tn or Or/Gy wire has no continuity. Check connectors at driver door and passenger door.
4)=Same as 3
5)=Bad connection at pass. switch down or a bad pass. switch
6)=Bad connection at pass. switch up or a bad pass. switch
7)=Bad connection at drivers switch up or a bad drivers switch
8)=Bad connection at drivers switch down or a bad drivers switch
9)=Bad W/P at drivers switch pin 9 or switch bad internally. The W/P on pin 9 also delivers power to close vent windows. If vents are working but pass. window still doesn't work from drivers switch, I'd suspect a bad switch or internal solder joint bad.

These are scenarios I can see happening. I can’t guarantee there won’t be other scenarios. I just can’t think of any others at this time. Hope this helps someone.
