Blower Motor won't run

can anyone tell me where to find the 30A in-line fuse for the blower motor on my son's 1996 Thunderbird LX. I have not yet taken out the instrument panel and looked behind there, but I have looked basically everywhere else. I checked the 60A fuse out under the hood and it's fine. The A/C works fine. I pulled the climate contorl panel out and got no voltage to the speed control switch with the ignition in the Run position.

Re: Blower Motor won't run

It should be sticking out of the harness above the Primary Junction Block and Intergrated Control Module under the dash and to the left of the steering column

Let me tell you, listen to what 97Bird says. We have spent two days looking for this stupid fuse. Once I got your advice and had a general idea where to look I finally found it and fixed the problem. When I was told to look for an in-line 30A fuse I was actually looking for one of the old round glass type fuses. It actually has it's own mounting behind the fuse box with a black flip-down lid. Finding the color combination on the wires that I had read from a post you had assisting someone else helped a lot. Thanks a bunch.
