door lock code??

does any one no where the door lock codes are located on a 2003 super cab lariat?? thank you

there is a little credit card in your operators pamphlet with the boot. it has the 5 digit code programed from the factory. once you push that in, you cna also add your own 5 digit code. if original owner took the factory code you need to call the guy. there may be a sheet tucked inside the door post plastic cover like the explorer, but i dont know,
