flywheel torque specs please

i do not have a manual for the vr6. if anyone knows the toqure for the
fly wheel it would help me out alot

The flywheel to crank bolts or pressure plate to flywheel.??

If I remember correctly its 45ft/lbs then turn another 90 degrees
