well im pretty pissed i even went out and got an impact wrench and the stupid things still wouldnt budge (im talking about the bolt the holds the rear shock on) i guess ill have to take it to a shop and have it loosened. hope it doesnt cost to much. so after a full day of swet here is what my cat looks like

be careful with that rear bolt, my socket wrench didnt break, but the bolt broke off in the arm and a used arm cost me $30

dude thats how my car was LAST WEEK!! (i too have sportlines and agx) except i had a strip strut mount.
anyways here are some suggestions
try to twist it tighter instead of looser.. that can "break the seal" for the bolt to get it moving.
also heating them up with a torch helps cuz it contracts the metal making the bolt smaller and move freely.

either one.. the object is to have the bolt start moving and have dirt or whatever holding it come off the nut or bolt..

Re: crap well almost lowered it

heat it up with a torch....... heat expands metal..... heat up the bolt, and it should expand enough to loosen it up
i say leave it how you have it..... dragster style!

And then both of you guys w/ you sewing maching powered cars get passed by a moped w/ a 5hp Engine and he goes on to put 5 car lengths on you. Racing an EX vs a DX is like a 10 speed bike vs a golden retriever.

i busted a socket today getting my drivers side seat out..... same thing you did.
as for loosening the bolt...shouldnt charge you much/anything.... sparq n i couldnt get his lugs to loosen at all when i was trying to steal his wheels...so we went to "dunn tire" and they loosened em for us for free..... (tho we ended up going back to have em change the wheels for us)

Man, this problem is sooooo common on Honda/Acuras. You'll most likely have to go buy a new lower control arm.

It'll be cheaper going to a junkyard and getting a new LCA rather then getting the bushing replaced...
