Removing stuck cd in 2005 Grand Cherokee

My wife has a cd stuck in her 2005 GC. The tuner still works so does the cd, but it will not eject. Is this something we will have to take to the dealer, or is there some secret to removing the cd? Thanks in advance, Dave.

Re: Removing stuck cd in 2005 Grand Cherokee

Had one stuck in my 96. I removed it myself and took it into the stereo shop. They removed it and charged me $120.00.............. They also did a clean a lube service at the same time. Works perfect now.

Is it a 6 disc changer CD player?
If so she has to hit eject and a number, such as #1 if only one disc in there.
