Having issues

Ok a friend of mine has a 01 Jetta VR6. Yesterday both of his headlights went out. He checked the fuzes and they where good and he checked the bulbs and they where fine. He went a bought some new bulbs and put them in and the lights work fine. However. When he went to start up all 4 windows rolled down. The guage cluster will not light up and the dome light will not turn of. He also stated that it will not let him roll up the windows (by the key or switch) locked the docks (By remote or switch) He rechecked the fuzes and they all where good. He did notice that one of the fuze did not seem to have a really tight connection because it would wiggle. He tried to replace the fuze and everything still would not work and that fuze felt loose to. Does anyone know what could be making this happen, and if so how do we go about getting it fix.

Re: Having issues

Nevermind!!!! When I finally got the chance to look at it I found out that he puts the fuze in the wrong slot when he put it bac in. Apparently he stuck in a slot for an option that didn't come on his car. After we put it in the right place everything started working again.
