Question Panic alarm sounds quiet but horn works fine

I have a 2002 XLT EXT. CAB 4x4 4.0L I noticed when I pushed the red panic button on the remote the lights flash, but the horn part sounds really quitet. The horn works fine but its just when the panic is used. I think on the ranger and exploer it makes a honking sound when you lock it,but mine does not do that. The lights will flash when I lock it though. Is there light two horns or could it be a fuse relay etc... please reply if there are any pointers! OK well no one replyed so I looked and there is 2 horns and one I think is broken. Is there a good web site to get a new one?
