All Kinds Of Bad!!!

My grandfather has a 1998 Chevy Cavalier 2.2 which he lets everyone drive. Well someone drove it and the water pump belt broke but they kept driving it anyway. (IDIOT) Well it burnt all of the coolant and we had to replace the head gasket. After we got it changed my grandfather put regular antifreeze in it. Then the radiator went bad and I'm thinking maybe some other seals went too... A couple days ago he called me and told me that theres more. Now it makes a bad ticking, its a valve because it sounds like its running on 3 cylinders. But it was all out of coolant at the time. I put water in the fill tank but it didnt move and there was a bad hissing sound coming from the pulley side of the engine. I was just wondering how some other gearheads would start on this project and or what you would do.

Thanks, Matt
