Yep... many variations actually.
Even the 'normal' GT-R is a 4 seater - but coupe.

All Skylines are 4-seaters even the coupes. There’s not a great deal of room in them though. The R33s are more roomy than the R32s for passengers in the back.

But, I believe the GT-R does have more back seat room than other Skyline coupes since it is longer and wider.

I didn’t notice a significant difference between sitting in the back of an R33 GTR and sitting in the back of my car. The R33s are definitely a lot bigger than the R32s, hence the reason they get called whales.

The amount of room in the back really depends on how tall the driver and passenger in the front are and how far they have their seat back.

Your next option would be an R32 GTS4 which is a 2L single turbo and 4wd or a GTS25t which is a 2.5L turbo with RWD. An R33 GTS is a 2L non turbo with RWD so there is quite a bit of difference between that and a GTR which is 2.6L, twin turbo and 4WD.

It all really depends on what you are looking for. Turbo vs non turbo, 4WD vs RWD, R32 vs R33.

Another site you may find useful is www.skylinesdownunder.co.nz

If it were my choice I'd buy an R33 GTS-4 and work on turboing it.

True the R32 GTS-4 is lighter, but it has the RB20DET were as the R33 is powered by an RB25DE. There is like a 20hp difference (I think) between the two models stock, but once turboed the RB25DE(T) will produce very good power. I would think you would get a little faster spoolup because of the greater exhaust flow too. From there you can go several ways, you could get highflowed, then custom pistons, crank and connecting rods and have an RB30DET the options are endless And throughout it all you have ATTESSA ETS AWD there to put the power to the ground

In the R32 series their is more legroom in the back of a GTR because the front seats themselves are thinner than the other coupes. Not 100% sure if this is the case in the 33's though
