There is a fuse box in your engine compartment, near the base of the steering column. Some high votage fuses are in there, as are the relays. Your owners manual will have a map of relay locations. Be sure to disconnect neg battery cable before going into this box (or doing pretty much anything on your vehicle, for that matter).

Thumbs up Re: 91 Econoline E-150 302 eng.-Heater/AC Relay?

Found the heater/ac relay.

The relay is located in front of the battery.
Of course, I had to take out the battery to access the relay.

Also, the relay is listed as a window relay (mr27 at autozone).
As I knew my power windows still worked, I was pretty sure that was the culprit.

The connection and connectors had rusted off , causing the fan to not work.

So when your heater/ac fan quits working, head to autozone and ask for a window relay (mr27) and the fan will work.

If not, get a fan switch.
