Which external hard drive should I get? (4 my b-day)
Hi,
I decided that I want to get an external hard drive for my b-day. I have plenty of photos, vids, and music I can put on it. I haven't even priced them yet  I'm hoping it will be no more than $250  What do I look for in a decent hard drive? I am looking for something that is a pretty good size. Hold plenty of photos, vids, and music. Should I get it from the net or what? My buddy works over at a local Circuit City so he may be able to grab one for me with his generous discount  Thanks for any input on this!!

Why would you want external? They are slower. Just buy an internal one, they are VERY easy to install.
 Plus they are probably cheaper. You could probably find like 120+ GB for 250.
