HELP! MY car is mis-firing!!!?

my 90' elcipse non turbo is misfiring!! not that loud bang noise, but more like a steady stream of mis-firing noises when accelerating.

sucks cause you can feel a decrease of 75% of power loss...

just had a new timing belt, waterpump, tune up, fuel injector cleaner, and always used 91 octane, and new spark plug wires, and oil and coolant flush's.

lmk guys, how many possible ways can this lead to a mis-firing car? this is all i can think of:

bad spark plugs (but i got an tune up)
bad spark plug wires (but it's been replaced)

what else is a possible lead on???
