Need help!!!!!

Hey i have a 1992 integra ls b18a .... the problem i am having is that some times when i cut my car off then crank it back up like within 5 min
the car will start and run for a sec then it dies ... if you try it again it just turns over kinda like it not getting any fuel or somthing.... but if you let it set for a while it will crank up and run fine. other than that the car runs very well and it still very strong even at 165,637 miles.
