When cold car 94' stall

I have 94'grand voyager se with 3,3 & 90K mil
When the car is cold (temp outside below 50 F ) I’m not kidding ..The car works like thermometer …when I start the engine ant put drive, car stall.
I have to worm up the engine and then after 1-2 stall’s is OK!!!
Now –new fuel pump, new fuel filter, coolant sensor, my friend with computer check whole system …nothing wrong!! Only fuel pressure valve left!! Is possible that problem is from this valve...or something else??? Please help me in winter that is horror
