oil pan

just bought a 6 bolt oil pan off sbr and i have a 97 gst will this fit my car?

i though you needed a 6 bolt engine fora 6 bolt oil pan. 97 is a 7 bolt engine, i think you need a 7 bolt oil pan. thats what i think. not totaly sure though.

yeah i thoght a 6 bolt oil pan was for 6 bolt 4g63, etc. i believe it's because they are shaped differently. unless of course you have a 6 bolt in your 97.

They aren't interchangable. Shitty, I know. I had the same problem.
