just got my turbo and install kit have questions

I just got my evo 3 16g and 2g install kit in the mail the other day. Now i have some questions along with some pics to show you what i got.

1g j pipe i got for 7 bucks

Is this the j pipe gasket???



Now the questions....
1) Will the 1g pipe fit my 2g intercooler? The guy i bought it from said you can flip the stock ic pipe around and over and it will fit.

2) The turbo seems a little small to be an evo 3 16g, even though ive never seen one before, but i expected just a tad bit bigger. Is there any way to tell, by looking at the numbers maybe??

3) Is there anything at all im missing and need for the complete 2g install set up?

1) I reused my stock intercooler by flipping it. But it was pretty tight. If you do this make sure you tighten all your clams, so they dont blow off.

2)checking the serial number on the intake side.

49178 - 01420 = Big 16g
49178 - 01520 = Small 16G
49178 - 01470 = Evo III 16g

3) It looks like you have everything... Did you get gaskets for your oil drian line?

So the 1g j pipe will work?

Shit i dont even know what those look like....arent those in pic E? Or arent they already installed on the line?

Check it out Joe this is what i got in the first bag, maybe the pic i took sucked...Its the oil supply line, the manifold gasket, and some skinny braided rubber hose (anyone have an idea what this is?).


I think pic F (not the bolts) is what i build my return line from, no?

Okay well here is a better pic of the piece you think is the gasket....Here is the fitting and a gasket. Is that what you were asking if i had that you didnt see?
